This website is devoted to the paintings of John Doyle. The majority are in
watercolour, of fabulous scenes from around the world, especially England,
France and Italy.
“I have included selections of my watercolours painted in recent years. I work
almost every day and fresh work is always being produced. I undertake
commissions of houses, landscapes, gardens.”
John Doyle paints what he sees, is inspired by light, atmosphere and generally
